Nature Calls Memorial Day Weekend

After two years under my belt (not yet an expert) I am heading out to the wilderness once again. This time its three months earlier, 10-20 degrees colder, and wilder rapids! Please pray I come out of this alive. To save myself I will be insulated in thermals, wearing off-season Uggs, equipped with my ski-season hand-warmers AND I even bought a Body Glove wet shirt and updated my aqua shoes with pink ones (no doubt!) for rafting! Wish me luck! Translation: I have traded our annual family Summer kick-off BBQ for the arctic weather in the Adirondacks.
The upside is a vacation week from work upon my return. Overdue. Scheduled: doctor appointments, giving my hair a facelift with highlights and two inch trim, and fulfilling my maid-of-honor duties.
